Vinayasa yoga

Join us for Vinayasa yoga @ 6pm with Charity on Mondays
Charity was introduced to yoga in 1996 shortly after her arrival in New York City. It quickly became the one constant in her life in the hectic world of fashion and credits her love of the practice to two early teachers, Amy Ippoliti and Paul Dallaghan. With a chance reconnection with Paul more than ten years later she was inspired to delve deeper into her practice and completed her YA credited 200 hour teacher training with him at Centered Yoga Thailand. Charity continues her education with Centered Yoga in Pranayama, Asana, and Yoga Philosophy and will be forever grateful for Paul and his guidance as well as her husband and son, as without them the journey wouldn’t have been possible.
Charity’s Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the connection of breath with movement, the very definition of Vinyasa, in addition to proper alignment and acknowledgement of one’s own limitations. In the beginning yoga is a physical practice but with sincere commitment she believes you can find a cultivated freedom leading you to a deeper, meditative practice.
