I teach Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga, which is a strong physical cardio vascular style. It is a mix of Ashtanga asanas (postures/poses) as well as the slower and the gentler Yin Yoga within the practice. Charity was introduced to yoga in 1996 shortly after her arrival in New York City. It quickly became the one constant in her life in the hectic world of fashion and credits her love of the practice to two early teachers, Amy Ippoliti and Paul Dallaghan. With a chance reconnection with Paul more than ten years later she was inspired to delve deeper into her practice and completed her YA credited 200 hour teacher training with him at Centered Yoga Thailand. Charity continues her education with Centered Yoga in Pranayama, Asana, and Yoga Philosophy and will be forever grateful for Paul and his guidance as well as her husband and son, as without them the journey wouldn’t have been possible.
