NEW CLASSES AT YOGAOM

Vinayasa yoga with Este @ Saturday 10am & Monday 9am
Este teaches Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga, which is a strong physical cardio vascular style. It is a mix of Ashtanga asanas (postures/poses) as well as the slower and the gentler Yin Yoga within the practice. This mix of yoga is based on the Hatha principles and creates great strength in the upper body, legs, lower back and the core.

Vinayasa yoga @ 6pm with Charity on Mondays.
Charity’s Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the connection of breath with movement, the very definition of Vinyasa, in addition to proper alignment and acknowledgement of one’s own limitations.  In the beginning yoga is a physical practice but with sincere commitment she believes you can find a cultivated freedom leading you to a deeper, meditative practice.

Hip Hop @ 5pm on Monday
A fun, energetic class that uses funky moves to recent tunes. Hip hop works on building your child’s confidence, musicality and co- ordination ability. It helps to improve social skill develpment, encouraging them to work as a group and perform with attitude!

Creative Choreography @ 4.15 on Wednesdays
This imaginitive class challanges your child to think outside the box and create movement that expresses a feeling, emotion or story. The class combines hip hop, contemporary and contact work styles to create creative and innovative dances in a group, partner or solo set up. Your child will be working as part of a team, giving their own opinions and building their confidence level through performance and constructive feedback.

Mummy & Me @ 11am on Sundays

Being a Mom, especially a new Mom has its challenges. Join us for a fun and playful yoga practice with your baby, that will also help your bonding.
